Heather Koester, MBA, is a strategic innovator, dynamic leader, and the force behind Invigorate Nexus, a consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations and communities thrive in today’s ever-changing world.
Heather’s career is built on a foundation of service, having started in the United States Army Reserves where she gained the discipline and adaptability that shape her leadership today. Her expertise spans strategic consulting, community resilience, leadership development, and organizational growth.
Heather currently leads disaster resilience and preparedness initiatives across seven counties in Southwest Florida, collaborating with nonprofits, businesses, and local governments to strengthen community networks and emergency response systems. As the leader of the Manatee County Community Organizations Active in Disaster (COAD), she helps ensure that communities are better prepared to respond to and recover from disasters, fostering collaboration and reducing duplication of efforts.
Heather is also a published author of The Energy Audit: A Six-Week Guide to Revitalize Your Life, a resource that empowers readers to reclaim their energy, sharpen focus, and boost productivity. Her passion lies in helping clients design bold strategies, build stronger teams, and create lasting impact—whether through disaster preparedness, organizational development, or community-focused projects.

Having been on the forefront of digital advertising and later spearheading initiatives in marketing and content creation, Brianne excels in transforming blank canvases into impactful creations. She currently focuses her expertise on helping organizations develop or expand their resilience practices to enhance the well-being of their employees, their business, and their communities.
